bbwin Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the bbwin platform in any capacity.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policy, the specific document governs in respect of that matter only.

Use of the bbwin platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. No exception is made for any reason.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended bbwin account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

All financial transactions on the bbwin platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbwin currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the bbwin wallet instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. bbwin does not impose any processing fee on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification.
• Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

bbwin is not responsible for delays or failures in processing arising from the systems, outages, or policies of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

All bets placed on the bbwin platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game. General principles governing all betting and gaming activity on bbwin are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bbwin does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after confirmation, except where an error by bbwin is demonstrably established.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, bbwin reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures — settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). bbwin's cricket betting rules specify minimum overs requirements for match bets; players must review these before placing live or pre-match wagers.
• For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, the rules of the specific game as delivered by the game provider govern the outcome. In any dispute, the game provider's logs and records are the authoritative source.
• For slots and RNG games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generator technology. bbwin does not and cannot influence the outcome of any spin or RNG-based result.

bbwin reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, price manipulation, insider information, or any other form of irregular or fraudulent activity associated with the event in question.

• All bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonus credit and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbwin platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bbwin actively monitors all account and transaction activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; reporting known vulnerabilities rather than exploiting them is required
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Accessing the platform or placing bets on behalf of another individual under any arrangement, informal or otherwise
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bbwin staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the bbwin platform without express written permission

All content on the bbwin platform — including but not limited to the bbwin brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbwin platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without express written consent from bbwin
• Creating derivative works based on any bbwin-owned or licensed content
• Using bbwin's brand assets, name, or logo in any external communication without prior written approval
• Screen-recording or streaming live casino content provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, or any other game provider on the platform without the relevant provider's explicit authorisation

Violation of bbwin's intellectual property rights may give rise to civil and criminal liability in addition to account termination.

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits bbwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bbwin's negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

bbwin makes no warranty that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or technical defect. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and bbwin expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bbwin aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of the initial complaint being lodged, the player may seek alternative dispute resolution through a mutually agreed independent process.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
